On The Water

Here at Mylor Chandlery & Rigging we pride ourselves on our ability to provide the best care & service for our customers. With Falmouth Sailing Week coming up we thought about how we could further extend this to the competitors. So, for the first time ever Mylor Chandlery & Rigging will have an ‘On The Water’ presence during the week.

As experienced sailors, we understand the inconveniences competitors often face, loss of hats, sunglasses, or even more serious issues such as damaged rigging can all affect your performance and overall results. We aim to be present before, in-between and after races to offer our services to anyone who may need it.

Both our workboat Monkswood and our rib Slippery Hitch will be out, fully kitted with tools and a selection of rigging spares to ensure we can provide the best possible service for you and your boats. Being available on the water allows us to jump into action at once should any yacht require it. We will be watching the racing closely, taking lots of photos and keeping an eye on your yachts.

The Mylor Chandlery Team will also be joining us on the water; carrying useful on the day stock for people that may have lost or forgotten them. For example, Sunglasses, caps, sailing gloves, sun cream, clothing and select hardware. You could even put an order in, and we should be able to get it delivered out from the Chandlery.

To celebrate our newest endeavour, we will be carrying free goody bags to give out. Look out for our flags on the water and be sure to give us a wave and come over and say hello! 😊
