A J Wanderlust is a Jeanneau 45 that is a regular visitor to Mylor for rigging & refit work .
The boat is sailed extensively and for half of the season, A J Wanderlust’s owner cruises with her 88 year old mother. The other half is spent racing on the major offshore circuit.
2018
An American Jeanneau 45 broke her tie rods off Lands End. Quick thinking from the skipper by stowing sails, fitting the emergency forestay and spanning the halyards saved the yacht from being de-masted. The yacht limped into Falmouth late Saturday afternoon, where we carried out a full assessment of the damage, which turned out to be significant. Working closely with the Mylor Marine Team to very tight deadlines, we ensured the boat was launched in time to make the start of the Sevenstar Round Great Britain & Ireland race. ‘A J Wanderlust’ successfully completed the race in just 17 days, 3 hours, 13 Minutes and 3 Seconds .

2019
AJ Wanderlust prior to competing in the AZAB race (Azores & back) came to Mylor for deckgear refurbishment and electrification of the winches. Despite a tight deadline 'Wanderlust' successfully made the start and is currently lying in an excellent position mid-way to the Azores.
2020
This year A J Wanderlust will be competing in several prestigious events including the 2020 TWOSTAR, which marks the 60th anniversary of this historic race.
